Embodiment is not perfection
A call to ignore what all the experts tell you
Parenting experts will tell you your children are the most important thing, and to prioritise connection with them over anything. The laundry, the cleaning, your work can all wait, and that you’ll regret not spending more precious time with them when they grow older.
Wellness experts will tell you to prioritise your health and well-being, that being a present mum doesn’t matter if you’re burnt out, unhappy and sick.
Business coaches will tell you to devote yourself to your business everyday, and that you will never get to where you want to be if you don’t show up with all your energy everyday.
Relationship coaches will tell you to make time for your marriage everyday, and if you don’t it’ll suffer.
Wealth experts will tell you to start building your wealth now, and that if you don’t work hard to build solid financial foundations you’ll spend the rest of your life a slave to your pay check.
The holistic family experts will tell you that keeping a beautiful and tidy home creates a sense of safety and serenity within our children, and it’s easy to include your children in the daily upkeep of the home.
So I’ve gotta keep a tidy and beautiful home while also giving all my children all the time they need from me, while loving on my man every night, while showing up for my business with all I’ve got, while spending time crunching numbers for wealth creation, while making sure that in amongst all of that I’m not overdoing it. That I’m still finding time to take care of myself, meditate daily, do yoga, get enough sleep, eat well, drink 2 litres of water, nourish my creativity, read often to remain inspired, oh and prioritise relaxation.
Laughable. Impossible. Yet also the very real constant noise we hear in this information age where we are expected to know it all and do it all.
It’s extremely easy to feel overwhelmed with all the things we are meant to do, and even easier to feel guilt with all the things we are meant to be.
But here’s the thing…
Embodiment does not mean perfection.
Embodiment is not expectation.
So how do we become embodied in the truth of who we are and let our lives be a direct expression of our divine magnificence, AND our experience of ourselves and life be one of pure joy and liberation.
We become crystal clear on what matters to us in this exact moment. What area’s within us do we want to give energy to? And we devote to that.
We boldly say, I don’t care for evolving my marriage right now, but I do care for evolving my business and wealth creation. And then, we follow that, the call of our soul pulling us into our next phase of expansion.
Knowing very well that it will eventually change, and soon enough something else will take it’s place.
Honestly,
I can’t tell you what I’m embodied in, other than I am the perfect embodiment of ME. Because I’ve become really clear on my values and what matters most, and I’ve kicked everything else to the curb.
I’ve made my inner voice louder than the voice of the outside world. And because of that, I am an embodied woman.
Embodied, not perfect.
And so my love,
What is your soul calling of you?
What areas of yourself or life do you want to give more energy too?
And what areas of yourself or life can you give less energy too?
This is part of the journey of WALK AS HER ~ my 30 day embodiment program in walking as your highest self.
WALK AS HER begins 23rd of September and her doors are open for you, ready for you to reclaim your truth.

Love this.
A beautiful example of the motherload also, and how we expect so much of ourselves that in which is impossible.
I work with seasons too.
“My relationship needs me now”
And then
“My kids need me now”
And then
“My work needs me now”
And
“I need me now”
But so easily those lines can get crossed in the noise of the world.
Love your elaboration
